Welcome to Johns Island Rental Services

John’s Island Real Estate Services works exclusively with John’s Island Members, their family & guests and Real Estate Prospects who are interested in visiting John’s Island prior to purchasing property. All of our rental properties are owned by individual home owners in John’s Island and all rental inquiries will need to be approved by the owner before a reservation can be put in place. Current equity and vertical members may use their membership when renting property, all other guests will need to complete the temporary membership process to be able to access John’s Island amenities during the rental period.

Currently, there is a minimum 2 week stay for all guests that need to obtain a temporary membership.  This would apply to all guests who are not current members or family of current members.
