Office Hours 

Rental Services hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Monday through Friday.

Check-In  Time

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. 

Check-Out  Time

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. 

How do we get our keys?

Pick up at the Rental Services office or, if after hours, pick up at the Security Gate (Oceanside - east gate;  Riverside - west gate)

If something is broken in my rental unit while we are there, how do we get it repaired?

Call our Rental Services office at 772.231.0289. The phone number of our "on-call" weekend team member will be provided when you check in.
